i am actually interested in this idea, but not specifically what the idea of the op. In NPCs we only have the hauler spawns in addition to the fighting type npcs. Even from a role playing perspective it would make sense that these pirate faction...

To the OP: On the cormurant fit an AB(/MWD if it fits), cap recharger, small cap battery Works really well i havent run outta cap when salvaging as i am usually warping to next belt before it runs out and that gives it a chance to recharge.

Do you really need istabs in lows My wolf dont get hit by BS due to low sig when orbiting at AC optimal (without MWD), so i pack 4 gyros in lows for extra dps..... kills the escorts quick then can take out BS with bigger tanks
